Shipping & Returns

Alu-Door products are usually shipped within 3-5 working days after ordering.

 

For custom-made products such as sectional doors, roller shutters and front doors, which are made to individual customer requirements, the delivery time is usually up to 12 weeks. However, we always inform our customers about the exact delivery time when placing the order.

For shipping, we only use reliable forwarding companies that bring the goods to the customer quickly and safely. The customer has the option of specifying a different delivery address. Once the goods have been dispatched, the customer will receive a dispatch confirmation email, which will also include a tracking number (tracking number cannot be provided for all orders) with which the shipment can be tracked.

Right of return: The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The return period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by him who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of return, the customer must inform us (Alu-Door) of the decision to return the goods by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). The customer must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which he informed us of the return.

Unfortunately, a return cannot be accepted for custom-made products such as sectional doors, roller shutters and front doors, which are made to individual customer requirements.

However, the return policy described above applies to drives, accessories and other products that are not custom-made. Please note that the goods must be returned at your own expense and that the goods must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
